Processing
The processing of vanadium comprises three major stages.1. Beneficiation.
2. Vanadium plant:
a. Roasting and leaching;
b. Desilication and precipitation;
c. V2O3 production; and
d. FeV production.
The overall process is depicted in Figure 1 below.
